4,Instructions
The flower plate is made of A3 steel and has strong rigidity.
The main shaft variable speed is composed of pulleys, variable speed transmission system, motor, etc. The spindle box variable frequency stepless speed regulation ensures a smooth start-up process and accurate and reliable braking of the entire equipment. The motor torque is reduced and amplified by the main axle box, providing winding torque.
3. Tailstock
The tailstock is equipped with a forward and backward moving mechanism that can slide forward and backward on the base to adjust the distance
4 .Electric control system
operator can use a foot switch to operate the entire winding process. The counter can count forward and backward, and has power-off memory and automatic parking function.
The main spindle box, tail box, and base are all made of high-quality steel and welded using CO2 gas shielded welding. After welding, they undergo aging treatment and then precision machining; Good welding quality and high machining accuracy ensure stable and reliable overall performance after assembly
